If you wish to return an item purchased from SennAir GmbH, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and send us the completed return form. Please note that we can only accept returns of products that are still in their original condition. Vouchers that have already been redeemed cannot be returned.

Vouchers can be ordered directly in the online store. After completed payment, we will send you your voucher as a pdf for printing. Vouchers only become valid after full payment and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sennair GmbH is not responsible for any loss of vouchers by the consumer.

If the product you ordered is in stock, it will be shipped to you by Austrian Post no later than 3 days after we receive your payment. Please keep in mind that our products are all packed by hand and our team tries very hard to ship all orders as soon as possible, but delays may occur.
